New release from the Zehetmair Quartet

Today sees the release of the Zehetmair Quartet's new album on ECM. This time, the four musicians have devoted themselves to Johannes Brahms' first two string quartets, Op. 51 Nos. 1 and 2. Sadly, this recording is also the last joint release with cellist Christian Elliott, who passed away unexpectedly in April.
